It has allowed me to analyze and assess various transformative resources and digital learning environments and share how those resources and digital environments can be used effectively to enhance learning. In this sense, it is essential to highlight that each module has played an important role in expanding my educational toolkit, from outlining the publication to sharing my ideas and, in this way, becoming a thought leader in digital learning and leadership, then materializing this idea by making a Publication Draft having the opportunity to share my VOICE and impact others, then linking it with a media project, podcast or long-form video debate offering the chance to share my ideas through a digital debate as an innovative learning solution and finally taking into consideration the evaluation of my learning community and my instructor, make the necessary adjustments to the draft of my publication and make a final publication submit your final publication. This compilation shows the development of the course modules and the contribution that each of those works made to become a differentiated opinion leader who can address the inevitable resistance to change that will occur when launching innovative digital learning initiatives.
